I’ve always been interested in why we do what we do, and how small tweaks can add up to a complete life makeover. This has led me to pursue a degree in Psychology with a deeper interest in mind-set development.
On my journey, I have been assisted by such books as “Atomic Habits” and life coaching courses that provided insight into the potent power of small, goal-oriented habits. Specifically, what motivated me most was learning that sometimes change doesn’t have to feel drastically different.
Right now, I get to work with clients who are looking to overcome unhealthy cycles, develop improved habits, and find a way to reconnect with their potential.
My background is in Psychology, but my understanding of change goes beyond theory. I’ve experienced a period of depression that forced me to slow down, reflect, and rebuild my life from the inside out.
That experience taught me that real change isn’t about sudden breakthroughs — it’s about small steps, compassion, and learning how to support yourself even on difficult days. Books like Atomic Habits and my training in life coaching helped me turn insight into action.
Today, I support others who want to break unhealthy patterns, build supportive habits, and reconnect with their inner strength in a way that feels gentle and sustainable.
